Earl S. Hill
Mr. Hill is the Director, Energy Services for Loma Consulting. He founded the company in 1998 and has, since that time, served as a project manager for maintenance improvement efforts for a number of utilities, both in the US and worldwide. Mr. Hill has over 20 years of experience in the power industry, including projects in both power delivery and power generation. Mr. Hill's areas of expertise include the preventive maintenance optimization, including Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and maintenance management Assessment.
Mr. Hill is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and the University of Pittsburgh, and has performed post-graduate work at both the University of Maryland and the University of Virginia. He is the author or co-author of several papers and technical reports in the area of maintenance. He is also a member of the IEEE, ASME, and the American Nuclear Society.
