Our primary service is maintenance management optimization. We specialize in the application of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and the assessment of maintenance management. Members of our team have been working in the areas of maintenance management and have been involved in RCM programs since it was migrated to the electric utility business in the mid 1980s. Our services range from providing Maintenance Operational Overviews, RCM fundamentals training, to full system analyses.
We can upgrade your program, help you get started, provide procedural guidance, and review analysis results once the program is up and running. We also advise clients on developing the "Living Maintenance Program" to establish feedback loops to enable the organization to continually improve the maintenance program.
Loma Consulting can also provide specialized services in dealing with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). These services include implementation, business process analyses, Data Migration / Data Scrubbing and data review. Our team of experts will work with your team to provide the high level of service required to ensure a smooth implementation of your application. The Loma teams specializes in Maximo® MXES efforts from project scoping to project go-live.
